You must be free from sickness.
Please do not attend if you have anything contagious. We are very busy, self employed and want to avoid anything that will negatively impact our business. We appreciate your honesty and kindness in this matter.
You must not have tested positive for COVID-19.2
Staff will be free from sickness.
We will inform you as soon as possible if we are showing any symptoms of anything contagious. If we are still able to work, it will be up to you if you would prefer to rearrange.3
Appointment Time
Please do not arrive early for your appointment, but on time. If you do arrive early, please wait in your car outside until your appointment time. Please do not bring any other person with you to your appointment, including children.4
Your arrival
Please come straight in the front of the building without needing to knock, and wait in the waiting room until we collect you. Please remove your shoes and sanitize your hands.5
Payments
You can pay with card, bank transfer, or cash.6
Cancellations
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel, giving us time to fill that appointment. This also includes last minute changes to the treatments you are booked in for that day. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, and we cannot fill it, you will be charged 30% of the treatment cost. 7
No Shows
If you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be blocked from making any more appointments until you have paid the full treatment cost.
